Team Infusion is a specialty pharmacy locally owned and operated. We are located in Salt Lake City, Utah and serve the states of Utah and Idaho. We are a home infusion pharmacy with professionals who have over 25 years of experience in home infusion therapy.

We have a team of qualified clinical pharmacists and licensed pharmacy technicians who work in a state of the art compounding facility to provide drugs and solutions specific to each of our patient's needs. Our pharmacists monitor each patient and communicate with physicians and nurses regarding each patient's therapy.

Specialized infusion registered nurses provide care in the home for peripheral IVs and central lines. Our nurses are experienced in both adult and pediatric infusion therapies. We have trained nurses who place midlines in the home. Our nursing staff educates our patients and their families on the therapy they are receiving and provides ongoing care and support during their course of treatment.

Our registered dietitian provides nutritional support and assessment to oversee all nutritional therapies.
